We offer clear terms of cooperation, transparent pricing and an individual approach to every case – from the initial consultation to obtaining a final and legally binding court judgment.
Hourly rate: PLN 200 net + 23% VAT
Consultations and Negotiations
- Legal consultation: 100–200 zł
- Each additional 30 minutes: 100 zł
- Pro bono legal advice: 0 zł
- Pre-litigation negotiations: 2000-4000 zł
- Negotiation success fee: 5-10%
Documents and Letters
- Written legal opinion: 1000–1500 zł
- Statement of claim (simplified procedure): 1000–1500 zł
- Statement of claim with analysis: 3000–6000 zł
- Procedural document during proceedings: 500–2000 zł
Court Representation
- Participation in a hearing: 500–1000 zł
- Comprehensive case handling + enforcement of judgment: Success fee: 10–20%
- Substitution: 300-600 zł
